
A gentle reminder that a low mood is completely normal. However, it’s not okay to stay there. I want to share three tips that help me, and hopefully you, step out of that low mood, regulate emotions, and move forward with purpose.

For some, fall can bring on feelings of overwhelm and a sense of being lost. I have felt this way and tried to keep it to myself…also known as suppressing my true emotions, so I wouldn’t be the “downer” among friends and family.

This time of year our calendars are filled with activities. Be mindful of these activities. It’s all too easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of tasks, responsibilities, and distractions. Among this chaos, the art of self-reflection often takes a back seat.
